Bass guitarist Nikki Sixx and lead guitarist Mick Mars have been with the band for its entire history, and for almost all of it they were joined by vocalist Vince Neil and drummer Tommy Lee. Motley Crue is one of the best-selling American hard rock, heavy metal acts, having sold over 45 million albums worldwide, including 25 million records in the US alone.
